Do I need to have some kind of license?
No! You will be working on the front sales end. You will be finding leads and assisting with document collection. You will learn as much and more than most lending professionals.
Is this a full-time job?
No! You will work towards building relationships with professionals in the real estate industry. This can take as little as 10 hours and up to 80 hours a week. Your income will be a reflection of your efforts. You will be a paid 1099 worker with MSF. We view all our partners as business owners.
This sounds great but I don't know anything about mortgages or lending, how can I get started?
Fear Not! We are here to help you with your journey. You will be provided onboard training to cover all the lending products we offer as well as provided with the terminology and language of the lending industry. We also have frequent coaching calls to empower our partners.
